PROJECT DETAILS

The Dacono Gateway project is a master-planned mixed use development with 1,000 single family home sites, 1,200 Apartment Units, and 1.17 MM Square Feet of Commercial Space. An entertainment district with a live theatre is located adjacent to a walkable Main Street.

Design intent

Dacono Gateway provides a variety of uses and housing that doesn’t rely on a single developer, while maintaining a unified vision and high degree of design and intention. It is a master plan that promotes healthy lifestyle living while incorporating a welcoming neighborhood feel.
